Frontier Fitouts - Pushing Design Boundaries

At the heart of our ongoing partnership with Frontier Fitouts lies a shared vision: a commitment to innovation and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design. This shared spirit came to life in two recent Oran Park projects, where we reinterpreted our Textured MDF Panels to introduce sculptural curves and architectural arches that bring warmth, movement, and individuality to each environment.

✨ Body Co – A Calming Statement of Brand Identity

For Body Co, a wellness-focused brand dedicated to holistic beauty and self-care, the design the brief called for a standout feature wall that would elevate their branding. The goal was to create a visual focal point that would immediately immerse clients in the brand’s ethos of calm and comfort.

To achieve this, we supplied 3.6m Fluted panels, which were precision-cut into elegant 2.8m high arches. Each panel was finished with a subtle shadowline strip, adding definition and a sense of craftsmanship to the design.

Paired with a serene, neutral colour palette, the fluted texture plays beautifully with light throughout the day. The result is a feature wall that is both understated and impactful, and embodying Body Co’s refined approach to wellness and design.

🍔 Cali Burgers – Bold, Playful, and Inverted

Just around the corner, Cali Burgers presented a very different design challenge. This high-energy hospitality venue required a standout feature that would match the vibrancy of its atmosphere while maintaining a refined, designer finish. The concept was bold, dynamic, and a little unconventional—an opportunity to push the aesthetics of our panels in a completely new direction.

For this project, we supplied Ribbed panels that were custom-shaped into inverted arch cut-outs. These forms were strategically positioned to frame the back of the bar, creating a dramatic focal point that immediately draws the eye. The arches extend seamlessly from floor to ceiling, giving the illusion of increased height and dimension, while the ribbed texture adds depth and shadow play under changing lighting conditions.

The outcome is a feature installation that commands attention in a bustling, high-traffic zone. It adds a layer of architectural character to the space, balancing Cali Burgers’ bold brand personality with the sophistication of considered design detailing.

Both projects reflect the power of collaboration and the creative potential of bespoke fabrication. Working alongside Frontier Fitouts, we were able to adapt our materials to suit the distinct brand narratives of two very different clients—one calm and organic, the other bold and energetic—while maintaining a cohesive craftsmanship standard throughout.
