Can you customise Tetxured MDF patterns?
Customised patterns are possible depending on the design. Contact us with your design and we can quote accordingly.
We can offer cut to size if cutting across the pattern, however if you require sheets cut with the profile, pattern matching is required based on where the cut ends in relation to the flute/rib so we recommend doing this on site to suit the structure. Contact us with your design and we can quote accordingly.
Do you ship your Textured MDF panels?
Yes, we do ship our Textured MDF panels around Australia. Delivery times and pricing vary for each order but generally 5-7 days. Our team will be more than happy to quote you on the price of freight and delivery times prior to placing an order. We are located in Western Sydney, with dedicated delivery drivers for local shipping and partner couriers for interstate orders. For urgent and rush orders, we also offer the option to pick up in store.
What size and thicknesses are available in your textured MDF options?
Our Textured MDF panels come in a number of sizes, thicknesses and lengths.
18mm thick board is available in 2400x1200mm and 3600x1200mm sheets.
25mm thick board is available in 2400x1200mm sheets only and best suited for cupboard doors.
FLEX board is available in 2400x1200mm and 3600x1200mm and best suited for curving. Thickness varies depending on pattern.
